Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name (via email/password or Google OAuth).
Analysis data: The website URLs you submit for analysis and the resulting competitive intelligence reports.
Chat messages: Questions and responses in the strategy chat are stored to maintain conversation history.
Payment information: Credit card details are processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: (a) provide the competitive analysis service; (b) maintain your account and credit balance; (c) improve the quality of AI-generated analysis; (d) communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Outperform uses the following third-party services:
Supabase: Database and authentication (data stored in cloud infrastructure).
Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis engine. Your analysis context is sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Google Cloud: Application hosting.
Data Retention
Your analysis data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your analysis data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use essential cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
